Lessons in public speaking and interviewing abound, but do bear repeating.

In the first presidential debate of 2016, our candidates showed us in spades what works and what doesn’t. If, like me, you’ve watched the repeated clips on Facebook and the late shows and had a few laughs, it may be time to take a more serious look at how practicing the basics made all the difference.
