We are seeking an entry level talented and enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and an interest in the finance industry. As a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence, engage with their target audiences, and drive business objectives. You will also assist on various PR components for clients to help them achieve their goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recent college graduates with minimum of 2 years’ experience working in social media /marketing space. Experience in the financial industry-specifically asset management or mutual funds-a plus, but not required.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate them into our strategies.
• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook.
• Ability to execute sponsored posts on LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
• Monitor social media channels for relevant industry news, trends, and conversations, and identify opportunities for client engagement.
• Strong copy-editing and proofreading abilities.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable with learning how to use industry standard software and technologies.
• An eye for design and the ability to carefully consider the aesthetic of images and copy.  
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships both in-person and online.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including PR and MMarketing, to ensure social media strategies are aligned with client business objectives and goals.
